Can I order multiple products for one event?

Yes. Most golf days include a mix of products - we’ll help you bring everything together into one order.

Is everything on the website available to order?

Yes. All listed products are available, subject to minimum order quantities and lead times.

On course experience are subject to availability, but your account manager will inform you as soon as possible.

Are your prices fixed?

Prices shown are a guide. We offer tailored pricing based on quantity, product selection and branding requirements.

What are your payment terms?

As all products are made to order or sourced specifically for your event, full payment is required before we proceed with production or place orders with our brand partners and suppliers.

Once your quote has been approved, we’ll send over a secure checkout link to complete payment and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, alongside Apple Pay and Shop Pay for a quick and secure checkout experience.

Flexible payment options, including Klarna and Shop Pay Instalments, are also available on selected orders.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes. We can offer improved pricing for higher quantities - just request a quote.

Is there a setup fee for branding?

Where will my logo be placed?

Logo placement varies by product (e.g. chest, sleeve, front panel). We’ll confirm this during the design stage.

Do I need to provide artwork?

Yes. We recommend vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) for the best quality finish.

Will I see the proof before production?

Yes. You’ll receive a design proof to review and approve before anything goes into production.

Can I make changes to my design?

Yes. We’ll work with you to refine the design before final approval.

How long does production take?

Most products take around 2-6 weeks from design approval. Some items may be quicker.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your required delivery date.

What date should I provide when ordering?

Please provide the date you need your order delivered, not your event date.

Do you deliver directly to the venue?

Yes. We can arrange delivery to your office, home or directly to the golf club.

Can I order alcohol for my golf day?

Yes. We offer a selection of drinks suitable for golf days, including canned cocktails and other options.

Do I need to be over 18 to order alcohol?

Yes. You must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic products.

Will ID be required?
